Conduct hearing screenings, adhering to N.J.A.C. 6:29-5, Audiometric Screening
Maintain student health records in accordance with state regulations and notify parents/guardians, principal and local or county health officials of any student who has not been properly immunized
Prepare annual reports on the immunization status of students for the State Department of Health per regulations N.J.A.C. 8:57-4.8
Conduct examinations of students between the ages of 10 and 14 for scoliosis
Prepare reports, as required, by state rules and regulations and as directed by the Head of School. Report reportable diseases to local health department
Notify parents when children are ill or injured
Work collaboratively with the teachers and staff and Division Heads
Perform all other appropriate services requested by the Head of School
