School Nurse
Position Summary and Overview The Churchill School & Center, a K-12 school for students with language-based learning disabilities, is seeking a school second nurse to join the health team. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the nurse is responsible for the daily management and coordination of school health services, communicating and collaborating with the community and providing preventative, acute and follow up care for students. Serving as a liaison to families and staff on health and wellness issues, the nurse will play an integral role in supporting an optimal physical, mental, emotional and social climate promoting an environment that is positive and student centered. This is a full time 10 month position beginning on August 19, 2024.
