Psychology Program Manager (Program Development and Evaluation Director)
The Program Development and Evaluation Director (PDED) is located in the Mental Health Service (MHS) to serve as the coordinator of performance improvement activities to include monitoring and evaluating the MHS Strategic Analytics for Improvement and Learning (SAIL,) Mental Health Management System (MHMS), ORYX/HEDIS, Office of Productivity, Efficiency & Staffing (OPES), and various associated performance reports and developing action plans to meet or exceed threshold for evaluation (TFE).
