Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in related field is required - Master’s degree preferred (Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology, Educational Psychology, Social Work, School Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy) Strong written and oral communication skills with children, parents, and colleagues Strong organizational ability in an environment where priorities often change Strong decision-making skills to respond to risk management, emergencies, or difficult situations Ability to develop and coordinate student support plans with parents, faculty, administration, and outside professionals Experience working with children age 3-14 in a school setting Desired Experience/Training: Montessori experience as a teacher, parent, or student
