All Saints Episcopal School is seeking an experienced registered nurse to respond to the health needs of the student body, faculty, staff, and administrators within the school community. In addition to providing direct medical care, the school nurse will be responsible for maintaining student health records mandated by federal, state and local laws. The school nurse is responsible for developing and implementing health and safety policies and procedures that support the school’s mission. Candidates for this position should possess a nursing degree from an accredited college or university and RN Licensure. Two to four years of recent medical experience, preferably as a school nurse, is expected.
Duties and Responsibilities include:
Oversee the health and wellness needs of students, faculty, staff, and administrators
Maintain student health records and documentation of regular screenings
Computer proficiency and experience with digital documentation and data storage
Developing and implementing health screenings and safety policies
Effectively communicate with constituents
Ensure confidentiality and professionalism
