Academy of the Sacred Heart, established in 1851, is Michigan’s oldest independent school, offering a Catholic, college-preparatory education to girls (infant-Grade 12) and boys (infant-Grade 8) of many cultures and faiths. As a physical education teacher, you will prepare and teach lessons on all aspects of health (social, emotional, physical), as well as nutrition and fitness. You will work with students in PreK-Grade 8. A vital responsibility is to encourage a healthy and active lifestyle by leading fun, activity-based exercises that keep students engaged.
