We are seeking a full-time school nurse to join our team of two nursing professionals. In addition to providing support related to the school's COVID-19 health protocols, this nurse will work collaboratively to respond to the immediate health needs of students and our community. The ideal candidate will possess both strong clinical skills and sound judgment. Reporting to the Director of Health Services, the position's responsibilities will include:
Administer COVID-19 testing
Execute contact tracing protocols and interviews
Provide care to students who seek assistance with health and wellness concerns.
Treat minor accidents and respond to health emergencies.
Dispense, monitor, and record all students' medications for acute and chronic health problems.
Hours are 8 a.m. - 4 p.m., Monday - Friday

Pennsylvania licensed RN/Current CPR and First Aid certified
Experience in school health is preferred but not necessary
One year of nursing experience required
Possess the ability to work with school aged children in lower, middle and upper school settings
